Using satellite-tracking data provided by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), you can obtain the real-time trajectory, position, speed and altitude of the International Space Station (ISS). And with the proper open-source tools you can create an ISS tracker to graphically present such pieces of information, like this Google Map below which shows the current path and location of the ISS. The location, altitude and velocity data for this map comes from the wheretheiss.at application program interface (API).
Click here for another version of this map with an embedded live video feed from the space station, here to watch live video feeds from cameras aboard the ISS, and here to find out when the ISS will be visible from your location.
